Adil Komen is currently serving as an Investment Operations Officer at FNZ since September 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at Freedom Holding Corp. from December 2021 to December 2023, where Adil focused on promoting cumulative life insurance through various presentation formats. From September 2024 to October 2025, Adil operated as a self-employed English tutor, successfully conducting over 200 private lessons with a high approval rating while enhancing intercultural communication skills among students. Participation in Model United Nations as a delegate for Colombia and Rwanda involved engaging in diplomatic negotiations and policy research, leading to awards for best position papers and recognition as a top delegate. Adil is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & European Policy and a Master's degree in Energy Policy Studies at Masaryk University in Brno.
