Danielle Sims

Danielle Sims currently serves as the Head of People for FNZ Group in the A/NZ region, overseeing HR functions and leading talent management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion efforts across multiple countries. With extensive experience in HR roles, Danielle previously held positions as the HR Business Partner for APAC at FNZ Group and as an HR Business Partner at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to support business objectives. Earlier in their career, Danielle worked at Coca-Cola Amatil, managing employee relations and performance for a large sales team, alongside roles in marketing and events management. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Sales and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Auckland University of Technology.
