Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas currently serves as Group CIO and CIO (UK) at FNZ Group since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in leadership and technology transformation. Prior roles include Head of Technology and Change at Quilter Financial Planning and consultancy work at Deloitte. Mark's career in project delivery began at Royal London, where significant responsibility for multiple £5-10m change programmes was held, followed by a role as Project Manager at Prudential Assurance. Mark holds a degree from Heriot-Watt University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
