Michael M.

Michael M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in integration, project management, and operational leadership within the financial services sector. As Group Head of Integration at FNZ Group since October 2018, Michael has held multiple key roles including Global Integration Director and Client Director. Prior to this, Michael served as Program Director at Embark Group, successfully overseeing the integration of a Tier 1 pension business and managing complex joint ventures. Michael's previous roles include Executive Director of Special Projects at Coutts, where a significant global change plan resulted in considerable cost savings, and various leadership positions at Barclays Wealth, including COO for International Private Bank EMEA and Global HR. Michael began the career journey at Poundswick High School, graduating in 1988.
