Miles Thomson

Miles Thomson is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO & President at FNZ Group since February 2025. Previously, Miles held various positions at FNZ Group, including Group Head of Reward, where responsibility encompassed reward strategy, organisational design, and performance management for a workforce of 6,000 across 25 countries. Miles also contributed as an Advisor and Reward Director at CVC before that. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role as a Remuneration Consultant at PwC, providing strategic insights to UK and international clients on remuneration arrangements. Educational qualifications include a First Class BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from The University of Manchester and qualification as an actuary from The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
