Tom Dover

Tom Dover is a seasoned developer with extensive experience in back-end development and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at FNZ Group since June 2022, Tom is leading a project to migrate a Youth Justice Board application to the AWS Cloud, focusing on re-architecting services to optimize the technology stack and minimize technical debt. Prior to this role, Tom held prominent positions, including Senior Developer and Team Leader at NEC Software Solutions and Senior Developer at the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales, where contributions included the development of the Youth Justice Application Framework.
