Sune Rosdahl

Sune Rosdahl is an experienced professional in labor relations and organizational development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Programleder / Chefkonsulent at FOA since November 2011, Sune is responsible for leading the Task Force on working environment and conditions while also managing the MED program and providing support for trade union representatives. As an independent consultant since 2003, Sune has advised organizations in elder care and social services. Previous roles include Souschef at the Center for Personale and HR in Fredensborg Kommune, where responsibilities included leadership development and organizational restructuring, and positions with FOA focusing on municipal reform efforts and process assistance. Additionally, Sune has worked as an analyst and evaluator for various organizations, including Danmarks Evalueringsinstitut and Gallup. Sune holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roskilde University.
