FOAA Anesthesia Services provides over 120,000 anesthetics each year to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, endoscopy centers and medical and dental office-based practices.  Formed in 1987, FOAA Anesthesia offers a full range of anesthesia and pain management services and has experienced significant growth by differentiating anesthesia services in its quality of care, customer service and as an employer of choice.  FOAA’s philosophy is based on a collaborative approach leading to excellence throughout the peri-operative experience.  This approach has resulted in consistent national recognition  as the Top Performer– Anesthesia Department by the medical staff survey conducted by Professional Research Consultants (PRC).
