Keith Durst

Keith Durst has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Keith has been a Principal at FOC since 2009, where they provide guidance and support to developers, cultural institutions, and hospitality professionals. Their role includes relaunching commercial campuses, hotels, cultural centers, and restaurants with new strategies and assessing overall assets. Keith also consults for international developers in various locations.

From 2017 to 2022, Keith Durst was a Partner at Du's Donuts, and from 1997 to 2020, they were the owner of The Wagging Tail. In 2012, they co-founded Aska Restaurant as a Partner, which received accolades such as a spot on the Bon Appetit Hot Ten List, a Michelin Star, and 2 Stars from the New York Times.

Keith Durst attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Finance. Keith then pursued further education at Quinnipiac University School of Law from 1990 to 1992, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
