Ron Parker

Ron Parker has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Partner at FOC since November 2024, focusing on property visioning, concepting, F&B operations, and operator search. As the Founder of Hospitality Multiple since June 2021, Ron has previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer and Division Leader at José Andrés Group from November 2021 to November 2024, overseeing fast casual growth brands. Prior experience includes serving as a Hospitality Development Consultant at Related Companies from February 2019 to November 2022, engaging in F&B development for mixed-use projects, and as CEO of Related Restaurant Group. Earlier in the career, Ron was Chief Operating Officer at Union Square Hospitality Group from November 2004 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include studies at The Culinary Institute of America (1996-1998) and a degree from Colorado State University (1990-1995).
