Eric Steinmeyer

Eric Steinmeyer is the CEO, President & Founder at Focal Technologies. Eric has over 25 years of experience in the title and real estate industry.

Previously, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at Security Title Guaranty Co. from January 2006 to December 2008. Eric was responsible for all aspects of establishing operations, setting corporate policies, developing financial structure and reporting guidelines, licensing and regulatory compliance, lease execution, staffing and financial reporting.

From January 2002 to December 2008, they were the VP, Manager at LandAmerica Commercial Services. Eric restored the profitability of a local office of a Fortune 500 financial services and insurance company. Eric managed staff, set policy direction, led marketing efforts and developed a strategic growth plan for the Oregon Division.

Eric also served as the Public Affairs Director at Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors - Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors from June 1991 to December 1995.

Eric Steinmeyer attended Lancaster University, where they obtained a BA in Communications and Public Relations. Eric then went on to Pacific Lutheran University to complete a Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
