Jon Passman

Jon Passman has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jon is currently working as a Certified Business and Executive Coach at FocalPoint, where they help business leaders achieve their goals through strategic guidance and coaching. Jon is also the CEO and Owner of GreenStar Consulting, a company they founded in 2020.

In addition to their coaching and consulting roles, Jon has held various leadership positions in different companies. Jon worked as the Chief Executive Officer at our.love, a relationship tech company, where they focused on creating a world where love is accessible to all. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Trimble Inc., where they managed a $500 million North American product portfolio and led a team of over 400 employees.

Jon also has experience in the healthcare and software industries. Jon worked at TASC as a Product Management Leader, where they successfully expanded the market and grew the product portfolio's revenue. Before that, they were a Managing Consultant at EMM Group, Inc., and held various roles at Ceridian and GE, including Vice President positions. At PwC, Jon worked as a Principal Consultant in the Strategy Practice.

Jon Passman has a Master of Management (M.M.) degree in Strategy and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Jon also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Math from Northwestern University. In addition, they have obtained a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from GE in April 2007.
