Mitchell Posin

Mitchell Posin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1989, they co-founded the Law Offices of Mitchell Posin, Chtd., where they worked as an Attorney At Law for over three decades. Mitchell handled cases in various areas such as Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Social Security Disability, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. Additionally, as a managing partner and later sole practitioner, they were responsible for all aspects of running the practice, including accounting, marketing, and staff management. In 2021, they joined FocalPoint as a Business Coach and later became a Business Coaching Specialist. In 2022, they joined CSR-Consulting, Solutions, and Results as a Client Manager.

Mitchell Posin earned a Doctor of Law - JD degree from Golden Gate University, School of Law from 1981 to 1984. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Cate School. Mitchell also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Linguistics and French Lit from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to their educational background, they have a certification as a Certified Business Coach from FocalPoint.
