Patrick Steele

Patrick Steele has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Patrick is currently working as a Certified Executive and Business Coach at FocalPoint, where they help clients implement successful business strategies. Prior to this, Steele served as Chief Executive Officer at Battery Builders Inc. from 2019 to 2022, driving growth initiatives and improving operational efficiency. Patrick also worked as the Executive Vice President at Aquion, Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Steele held leadership positions at Rain Bird Corporation, Pentair, Inc., Elkay Manufacturing, General Electric, GE Lighting, General Chemical Corp., and the US Navy. Patrick'sexpertise includes operations management, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma.

Patrick Steele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. In 1989, they studied Nuclear Engineering at Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC). Patrick also obtained additional certifications, including an Executive Development Program from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in May 2011, a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from GE Lighting.
