Robert Hechler

Robert Hechler has an extensive and diverse professional background, currently serving as a Southern California Area Developer for FocalPoint Business Coaching and Training since November 2010, where certified coaches guide small business owners to achieve success in various aspects of their enterprises. Prior to this, Robert held several leadership roles including President of Windbrella Products, President/CEO of WATTYL US, and Executive Vice President at Smiland Paint Co., demonstrating expertise in managing operations and strategic growth in manufacturing and distribution sectors. Earlier in the career, Robert worked with ICI Paints in multiple capacities, culminating in significant contributions to the Zynolyte Spray Products division and the Glidden Division, where management of substantial budgets and large sales teams was key. Robert earned a B.B.A in Marketing, graduating Cum Laude from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and furthered education at the University of Michigan. Currently retired, Robert's prior roles reflect a strong foundation in leadership, marketing, and business development.
