Ron Barker has extensive work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Ron is currently a Certified Lead With Purpose Strategic Planning Coach at FocalPoint Business Coaching, where they help individuals lead more purposeful lives by establishing robust strategic plans. Additionally, they are a Licensed Navigational Coaching Facilitator at the same company, teaching leaders how to coach their teams effectively.
