Todd Eppert

Todd Eppert is a Certified Business Coach at FocalPoint since 2018, specializing in implementing proven business concepts, strategies, and tactics for rapid Return On Investment (ROI). Before FocalPoint, Eppert served as a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach and business owner at TKCR & Associates, where they provided executive coaching, continuous improvement solutions, and acquisition due diligence. Prior to this, Eppert worked at Senneca Holdings as the Chief Operating Officer/VP of Manufacturing, leading the executive leadership team in steering the company's direction and providing strategic leadership for manufacturing facilities, supply chain, engineering, and customer service. Todd also emphasized a continuous improvement culture to meet/exceed key metrics and drive savings, quality, lead time, and world-class capabilities. Eppert's experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at Skilcraft LLC, managing engineering, planning, material procurement, maintenance, and manufacturing to develop and implement operational excellence. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Definity Partners, driving performance improvement and people development projects. Eppert also has experience as the Director of Manufacturing at Post Glover IPC Resistors, where they led manufacturing efforts in cost reduction, delivery improvement, and quality maintenance. Earlier in their career, Eppert worked as an Engineering Manager at Gap Inc. and as a Process Engineer/Industrial Engineer at Ilsco Corporation, where they supervised departments, implemented work standards, managed projects, and led process improvement initiatives.

Todd Eppert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 1990 to 1995. Todd then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University, completing it from 2004 to 2005. Before their higher education, Todd attended Sycamore High School from 1987 to 1990 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study at that time. In addition to their formal education, Todd has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Value Builder from The Value Builder System™ in April 2022, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute in November 2021, Emotional Intelligence certification from TTI Success Insights in February 2021, a Certified Executive Coach from FocalPoint in July 2019, and a Certified Business Coach from FocalPoint in February 2018.
