Justin Soper

Justin Soper has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Justin began their career in 2013 as a Customer Service representative at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) and worked in that role until 2015. In 2017, Justin served as a Social Media & Marketing intern at ChemTec Pest Control Corp. Following this, they started their own freelance graphic design business called Justin Soper Designs in 2014, where they offered design services for logos, business cards, leaflets, etc. Justin built a following of approximately 18 clients through Instagram. In 2018, Justin joined FOCO as a Junior Graphic/Web Designer before being promoted to the role of Web Design Manager in October 2019. In this position, Justin is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and managing the workflow of FOCO's online store design and appearance across multiple e-commerce platforms. Justin also conducts research and design testing for new on-site solutions and features to enhance the consumer experience.

Justin Soper completed their Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Warren County Community College from the years 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2015 to 2018. The business administration program they attended at Ramapo College was part of the Anisfield School of Business, accredited by AACSB.
