They were Managing Director of Focus Solutions Group Ltd from 2010 to 2024 and served as Product Director, overseeing the design, build, and launch of the focus:360 product. They also served as Head Of Digital Innovation at abrdn from 2021 to 2024, while serving as Managing Director of Focus Solutions Group. Earlier in their career, they were Swift Business Manager at Sirius Financial Systems (1987-2004), progressing from trainee developer to leading the vision, design, and development of Swift IV Windows and driving major client wins.
