Michael Chung

Michael Chung is currently the DevOps Practice Lead at Focus Advice Technology, where they are involved in the design, coding, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions. With almost two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Michael has held various roles that encompass all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at ION GEO and GE Network Solutions, developing software products and providing training. Michael also held multiple positions at abrdn, including Technical Lead and Microsoft Specialist, where they focused on system development and technical leadership. They earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Abertay Dundee.
