Patrick Laprell is currently the Head of Sustainability at FOCUS Bikes, focusing on the company's sustainable transformation. Previously, they held roles as Brand Manager and International Sales & Marketing at companies including Sixpack-Racing Components and MERIDA BIKES INTERNATIONAL, where they managed product lines and marketing initiatives. Patrick has also founded Rille, creating handmade camera straps for cyclists. They completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz and are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology. Additionally, Patrick received a certificate in Systemic Coaching and Change Management from INeKO.
