Max Birchenough

Max Birchenough studied Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Leeds, where they developed a fascination with technology, despite not excelling in coding. They transitioned from a five-year stint as an estate agent to become a technical recruiter in 2015, specializing in Adobe's Marketing Cloud and eventually supporting various tech sectors across Europe. Currently, Max serves as the Associate Director in the Workday Practice at Focus Cloud Group, leveraging extensive recruitment experience to support clients in the DACH region. Max has also worked within the hospitality sector, achieving recognition in the culinary field before fully committing to a career in recruitment.
