Neil Fuller

Neil Fuller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry and leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Workday for EMEA at Focus Cloud Group since October 2025, Neil has held various positions at Opus Recruitment Solutions from March 2017 to October 2025, starting as Associate Director and progressing to Regional Managing Director. Prior experience includes roles at Computer Futures as Associate Sales Team Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, as well as a Client Manager position at PSYCHOLOGY Direct Ltd. Neil holds a degree in American Studies from the University of Leicester.
