Amy Rivera has extensive experience in photo editing and visual effects within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Principal, Photo Editor, and Retoucher at Photo Department since January 2015, Amy specializes in professional photo editing, research, and retouching for a diverse range of projects including film studios, TV production, VFX, independent films, and documentaries. Previously, roles included Photo Editor at Focus Features and eOne Films US, and a significant position at New Line Cinema overseeing still photography through all phases of film production. With an academic background including a Master's in Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's degree in Photography and Art History from California State University-Sacramento, Amy possesses a robust skill set in photography, lighting, and compositing.
