Elaine Patterson

Elaine Patterson is an experienced public relations professional, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Publicity at Focus Features since August 2017, after holding the position of Vice President. Prior to this role, Elaine held various publicity positions at The Weinstein Company from June 2009 to November 2015, including Director of Publicity and Publicity Manager. Elaine also served as Vice President at Ginsberg / Libby from November 2015 to August 2017. Earlier in the career, Elaine gained experience through internships at Giant Media, VolunteerSpot, and Advocate Publishing. Elaine holds a degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2005 and 2009.
