What we do

Focus & Find helps public and private clients discover and develop the talent they need to enrich their culture and amplify their success. Our innovative search services—retained search and Focus365® relationship-based search—go beyond regular recruiting to develop diverse, dynamic slates of outside candidates. Our DEIA365TM organizational bench builder identifies and develops candidates for promotion who might have been overlooked in the past. Our training and development services give organizations access to thousands of skill-building courses in today’s most mission-critical topics.

What’s our secret?

We start with the fundamental belief that external and internal candidates deserve to be evaluated based on their knowledge, skills, track record and potential. To help you review candidates fairly, we remove all factors that can lend themselves to bias. By masking markers for name, age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, school and other characteristics unrelated to job performance, we enable you to assess, hire and promote people based on merit alone.
