Jack Man is an experienced technical engineer with a strong background in IT support and service roles. Currently employed at Focus Group since October 2020, Jack has progressed through positions from 2nd Line Engineer to 3rd Line Engineer. Prior experience includes 2nd Line Support at Carden IT Group Limited and multiple roles at PAV i.t. Services Ltd, including Lead Service Technician. With a Computer Games Technology degree from the University of Portsmouth, Jack began a career in IT as a Computer Engineer at Computer System Engineering and also gained early work experience in a family-owned restaurant, which developed customer service skills.
