Rhys Bailey is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Focus Group (UK), where Rhys is responsible for the growth of the sales team and developing sales strategies. Prior to this, Rhys worked as a Sales Director at Telecoms World Plc, managing and mentoring the sales department and developing sales and marketing strategies. Rhys also has experience as a Sales Manager within the same company, overseeing telesales, field sales, and account management teams. In addition, Rhys worked as a Freelance Sales Executive, specializing in providing various telecommunications solutions. At My Bars Limited, Rhys served as a Marketing Manager, developing marketing strategies for a group of bars in London. Rhys attended Colfes and Bickley Park School for their education.
