Focus on Founders is a community, podcast and events brand for UK business owners, founders and entrepreneurs.

Building a business can be lonely. Focus on Founders is the room that was missing: a place where business owners meet to learn from each other, grow their businesses and support one another, without the transactional feel of normal networking.

Everything we do is built around four pillars: connection, business, growth and health.

What we do:
• A private, curated community of business owners who genuinely get it.
• A podcast of honest, long-form conversations with founders and entrepreneurs (Scottish Podcast Awards 2026 finalist).
• Live events across Scotland and the UK, from intimate dinners to large nights like Focus on Founders LIVE.

We go beyond the highlight reel, with real conversations about what building a business actually takes, the wins and the hard bits both. Every member is a mentor and a mentee.

Whether you are an aspiring founder, an early-stage business owner scaling fast, or an established SME owner, this is your room.

Started in Glasgow, growing across the world.
