Ruby Padilla

Ruby Padilla, CPA, is currently the Director of Tax at Focus Partners Wealth. They previously held the same position at Adero Partners, which merged with Focus Partners Wealth in May 2025. Ruby served as the past president of the California Society of CPAs from 2016 to 2022 and worked as a Tax Director at BPM LLP from 2007 to 2022. Their early experience includes being a bookkeeper at Space Machine, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, where they significantly improved accounting processes and customer service operations. Ruby holds a BS in Economics and Psychology from UC San Diego, earned in 2005.
