Focus Professional Services – Thought Leaders in IT Neurodiversity

Inspired by the success of Passwerk in Belgium and Specialisterne in Denmark, Focus was founded in 2014 to harness the unique talents of individuals on the autism spectrum into IT careers. Focus provides a service within British Columbia that contributes to the vision of normalizing neurodiversity in the workplace.

At Focus, we hire individuals on the autism spectrum who possess strong latent talents for pattern recognition and logical thinking, excelling in repetitive and detail-oriented tasks where precision and accuracy are paramount. We leverage an internationally-proven business model developed by Passwerk with our lifelong experience with autism and extensive IT experience to deliver IT services to meet our clients’ business needs.

We provide IT consulting services in software testing and data quality. Our software testers are trained and certified to ISTQB standards and are experienced with industry-standard software development and testing practices. Our data quality team specializes in validating and cleansing large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity of your data.

We provide service levels ranging from single employees to entire teams. Our consultants are integrated into your existing organizational structure, while we provide training and support to your organization regarding autism in the workplace to allow for full integration of our consultants within your organization.

Neurodiversity is the next evolution in broadening your talent pool. You want people in your organization who think differently to spot the patterns, anomalies, and differences that others may overlook. Our business model mitigates risk to ensure our clients realize the competitive advantage our consultants provide.

Get results. Make an impact.
