Ryan Pate

Ryan Pate is currently an Operations Manager at Focus Studio, where they oversee operational processes. They graduated from the University of Delaware in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a minor in Management Information Systems. Prior to this role, Ryan gained experience as a Claims Adjuster at Sweet Claims Company and held various positions in project coordination and management at Chelsea Lighting and G.M. McCrossin, Inc. Additionally, they were a member of the University of Delaware D1 ACHA Ice hockey team, which helped them develop strong planning and organizational skills.
