Greg Gleason

Greg Gleason has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Greg currently works as a Senior Solutions Architect at Focus Technology since March 2020. Prior to this, Greg worked at All Covered from 2013 to 2020, where they held various roles including Solutions Architect and Senior Systems Engineer. At All Covered, they designed, implemented, and supported Cisco Unified Communications installations, performed user and administrator training, troubleshooted network firewalls and load balancers, and investigated network performance issues.

Before joining All Covered, Greg worked as an Independent Professional Consultant from 2013 to 2016, where they completed projects involving Cisco Unified Call Manager Express and virtualization infrastructure implementation. Greg also has experience working at Inforonics as a Technical Support Engineer and Technical Shift Lead from 2005 to 2012.

Prior to that, Greg owned and worked as a Senior Support Engineer, Consultant, and Owner at TCI Consulting, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Greg grew the company to over 250 regular consulting clients and expanded its services to include ISP, LAN/WAN, and website design.

Greg's career began at Viewlogic Systems, Inc. in 1995 as an Email Administrator and Consultant, where they streamlined a multi-site cc:Mail based mail system. Greg also worked at Vitale, Caturano and Company as a Network Administrator in 1994, where they redesigned the corporate infrastructure for improved stability and performance.

Greg Gleason attended Northeastern University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
