Jonathan Travers has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Most recently, they served as an Inside Sales Manager at Focus Technology starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Business Operations - Reporting & Analytics at NWN Carousel from May 2022 to March 2023. In this position, they focused on results-driven reporting and analytics, managed a team, and provided training to the Business Operations Team. Before that, they worked at Carousel Industries where they held the position of Senior Service Contracts Specialist from August 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they successfully improved customer retention and minimized loss of recurring revenue. From October 2015 to August 2020, they worked at Atrion Inc / Carousel Industries as a Sales Support Representative and Sales Operations SME, where they played a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring profitability through effective pricing models and streamlined processes.
