Alyssa Chang

Alyssa Chang is a seasoned Leadership Development Trainer at FOCUS Training, where responsibilities include facilitating workshops focused on college readiness, team building, and communication for students across various educational levels since January 2014. Previously, Alyssa held the role of Sales Coordinator, expanding the reach of leadership and college readiness programs and customizing experiences for clients. Alyssa gained foundational experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern, fostering relationships with educators and utilizing CRM software to generate leads. Alyssa also worked as a Shift Leader at Marquette University's catering department, managing student employees and ensuring event success, and served as a Group Discussion Leader during New Student Orientation at Marquette. Alyssa began their career as a Sales Associate at Plato's Closet, gaining customer service experience. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Resources from Marquette University.
