Chip Auwerter is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 40 years of experience in senior management and consulting roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Carl Marks Advisors and Fractional CFO at FocusCFO®, they specialize in helping small to mid-sized businesses enhance their financial strategies and operational practices. Chip is also the Managing Partner at The Pearce Group, where they provide interim management services and consulting to companies in various industries. Previously, Chip held senior positions at Invacare Corporation and was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. They earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lafayette College.
