David Hanley

David Hanley, CFA, is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and seasoned real estate investor. They have held senior positions at companies such as Alidade Capital, LLC, where they served as Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2020, and Flagstar Bank, where they were Vice President of Finance from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, David worked as a Private Equity Associate at ValStone Partners, LLC, and as a Vice President at National City Bank. They currently work as a Fractional CFO at FocusCFO® and are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
