Mike Lee

Mike Lee is a trusted finance and accounting executive leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently, Mike serves as a Fractional CFO at FocusCFO®, where they help small and medium-sized businesses improve financial management and profitability. Previously, Mike held significant roles, including Vice President of Finance at Boral Stone Division and Director of Finance for Boral North America. They have successfully executed strategic initiatives such as reducing inventory by 50% and integrating financial systems across divisions. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
