Ron Barker

Ron Barker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within GE Aviation and GE. Currently serving as a Fractional CFO at FocusCFO® since September 2020, Ron empowers business owners with strategic financial management and proactive tools to enhance cash flow and reduce risk. Previous roles include FP&A Process Leader for North America at GE, where Ron established a Center of Excellence and led teams through significant strategic changes. With a strong finance background, Ron has held several executive positions within GE Aviation, focusing on integrated systems, supply chain, engineering, marketing, and finance operations, achieving substantial financial improvements, including a Six Sigma Master Black Belt designation that generated significant profit and cash flow increases. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
