Michael Steichen

Michael Steichen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently working as a Senior Consultant, Engineering at Focused Labs starting from March 2022. Prior to this, they spent several years at StackWave, where they held multiple positions. Michael was a Senior Software Engineer from April 2021 to March 2022 and also served as a Mentor, responsible for performance reviews, goal setting, apprenticeship programs, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and team support. Michael started at StackWave as an Associate Software Engineer in March 2015 and progressed to become a Software Engineer, contributing to web application development for pharma and biotech companies. Michael also had a brief experience as a Software Engineer Apprentice. Before entering the software industry, Michael attended and graduated from Dev Bootcamp in 2014. Michael also worked at The Wormhole Coffee as an Educator, Quality Controller, and Shift Manager from September 2012 to October 2014. Additionally, they served as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant as part of The Fulbright Program from 2010 to 2012.

Michael Steichen attended Dev Bootcamp in 2014, where they studied web development. Michael did not receive any degree from this program. Michael also attended Loyola University Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy. The specific dates of their attendance are not provided.
