Nick Christensen

Nick Christensen has a diverse work experience. Nick began their career in 2015 as an L1 Web Hosting Technical Support agent for UK2 Group. In October 2016, they were promoted to a Level 2 Technical Support role, where they served as the point of escalation for the office during the graveyard hours, assisted with advanced troubleshooting, helped coordinate outage mitigation, assisted escalated clients, and trained new employees. In May 2017, The Hut Group acquired UK2 Group and Nick continued in the same position until August 2017. Nick then moved to The Hut Group as a Full-stack Developer focusing on their client portal for 100tb.com until November 2018. Currently, Nick is employed as a Software Test Engineer at Focused Support LLC since 2020.

Nick Christensen graduated from Utah State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
