Shawn

Shawn, ShiYong XIE, is a Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in managerial roles within high-volume manufacturing environments. With a strong technical background in process development and expertise in LEAN Six-Sigma, Shawn has contributed to various companies, including Lumileds and ams OSRAM, where they led teams to enhance operations and drive continuous improvement in yield and cost reduction. Currently, Shawn serves as the Senior Manager of Process Engineering at Focuslight Technologies, focusing on high-volume production for optical components and supporting quality and throughput initiatives. Shawn holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Nanyang Technological University, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Nanjing University.
