Andrew Land

Andrew Land has extensive work experience in the audio engineering industry. Andrew began their career at Focusrite Audio Engineering Limited as an Assistant Service Engineer in 2010 before moving up to roles such as Service Engineer, Service Team Leader, and eventually Service Manager. In their role as Service Manager, Andrew successfully managed a team of engineers and improved product reliability, resulting in an extended warranty period. In 2021, Andrew joined FOCUSRITE PLC as the Head of Sustainability. Andrew also co-founded greenmusic.tech in 2022. Additionally, Andrew has experience as the Owner of Andy AV Engineer since 2011.

Andrew Land attended the University of Surrey from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister). In terms of additional certifications, they completed a variety of courses on LinkedIn, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor," "Green Building Concepts Foundations," "Learning Design for Sustainability," "Navigating Environmental Sustainability: A Guide for Leaders," and "Unconscious Bias."
