Simon Smith has over 35 years of work experience. Simon began their career in 1985 as a Technical Support Engineer at GEC Plessey Telecommunications. In 1994, they moved to Nortel Networks, where they held the roles of Service Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Technical Support Engineer. In 2004, they became a Senior Sales Executive at Farnell Jaguar Land Rover. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Webanywhere, where they held the roles of Senior E-Learning Consultant & Secondary School Team Leader, Customer Service Manager, and Senior E-Learning Consultant. Since 2017, they have been a Customer Implementation Manager at FOD Mobility Group, a leading multi-platform technology company focused on corporate and consumer mobility.

Simon Smith attended Coventry Technical College from 1985 to 1988, where they earned an HND in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
