Pernille Salling

Pernille Salling is a seasoned communications consultant currently serving as a Kommunikationsrådgiver and specialkonsulent at Fødevarestyrelsen, focusing on campaigns related to animal welfare, food safety, and chemical-free food, with a mission to create engaging and actionable communication. Prior to this role, Pernille worked at Sund & Bælt Holding A/S as a communications advisor and personal assistant to the CEO, and held various positions at Femern A/S, Centrovice (now Velas), and SØRENSEN - Connecting Markets, demonstrating extensive experience in marketing and communication strategy, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement. Pernille holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Southern Denmark, along with additional qualifications in digital and graphic communication.
