Rikke Hansen

Rikke Hansen has extensive experience in regulatory and legal roles within the agricultural and food sectors, currently serving as a Specialkonsulent and previously as a Fuldmægtig at Fødevarestyrelsen since July 2018, focusing on legal matters in the Jurakontoret and animal health. Prior to this, Rikke held multiple Fuldmægtig positions at Landbrugsstyrelsen from October 2011 to June 2018, specializing in organic policy, cross-compliance, and providing legal advice and decision-making support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fuldmægtig at Direktoratet for FødevareErhverv and a Stud.jur. position at By- og Landskabsstyrelsen. Rikke began the legal career as a Stud. Jur. at Patientskadeankenævnet, complemented by a degree in Law Practice from Københavns Universitet obtained in 2009.
