Simon Rask is currently a Sektionsleder at Fødevarestyrelsen, focusing on sustainable food and health. Previously, Simon held various leadership roles including Afdelingsleder for both Folkesundhed and Strategisk Folkesundhed at Københavns Kommune, and served as Chefkonsulent at Hjerteforeningen. Simon accumulated extensive project management experience as Projektleder and Seniorprojektleder at Kræftens Bekæmpelse from 2004 to 2014. Simon also holds a Master’s degree in sports sociology and political sciences from Københavns Universitet and a Diplom in leadership from Djøf Efteruddannelse.
