Mark Wes is an experienced leader in finance and operations, currently serving as the Operating Leader at FOG Ventures since September 2023, focusing on investing in innovative founders. Mark is a member of Operators Guild, an exclusive group for top finance and operations leaders, and previously managed the US Senate campaign for Lexi Reese from June to November 2023. Mark held key roles at Gusto from November 2013 to January 2023, including General Manager for Consumer Products and Head of Business for Consumer Financial Products, where operational functions were built from the ground up. Mark started the career at KIXEYE in finance and gained foundational experience as a Senior Associate at KPMG, specializing in financial services. Mark earned a BS in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
