Michael Maxwell

Michael Maxwell is responsible for Fogelman’s corporate accounting, reporting, and treasury management. Michael also oversees income tax compliance for Fogelman’s corporate entities and for Fogelman’s investment partnerships. Michael joined the Fogelman team after several years in public accounting, with a focus in tax compliance. He earned his BBA degree in Accounting from Harding University. As a Certified Public Accountant, Michael is a member of both the TSCPA and the AICPA. Michael is active with New Memphis Institute, a local nonprofit organization.
