Steve MacDonald

Steve MacDonald has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding roles such as VP of Finance, Corporate Controller at FogPharma and Zenas BioPharma. Steve also served as VP of Finance/Accounting, Treasurer at Eloxx Pharmaceuticals and held various financial reporting positions at TESARO, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steve'sexpertise includes managing headcount reductions, overseeing accounting and finance functions, and leading financial reporting teams.

Steve MacDonald obtained their BA in Sociology from Williams College. Steve then pursued an MBA in Accounting from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. In 2005, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
